1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MuscleLab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. About MuscleLab

MuscleLab is a workout tracking and training support app designed to help users plan, log, and review gym workouts. MuscleLab is intended for personal use only and is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or medical device.

3. Eligibility

You may use MuscleLab only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under applicable law. If you are under the age required to consent to digital services in your country, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your Account

You may need to create an account to use some features of MuscleLab. You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• keeping your login credentials secure
• all activity that occurs under your account

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly.

5. Personal Use Only

MuscleLab is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• copy, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where prohibited by law
• use the app in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service
• use the app to upload harmful, unlawful, or abusive content

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the workout logs, session history, progress data, notes, and other content you create in MuscleLab.

By using MuscleLab, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service for you.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

MuscleLab is for informational and workout tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional.

Exercise involves risk, including the risk of injury, illness, or other harm. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or making significant changes to your training, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, pain, or other health concern.

You use MuscleLab and any workout suggestions at your own risk.

8. No Guarantee of Results

MuscleLab does not guarantee any fitness, strength, health, or physical performance results. Progress depends on many factors outside our control, including training history, technique, recovery, nutrition, consistency, and individual condition.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MuscleLab at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

10. Data and Backups

We may store your workout and account data to provide the service across sessions and devices. However, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable. You are responsible for deciding whether to keep your own copies of important information.

11. Intellectual Property

The MuscleLab app, including its software, design, branding, logo, text, graphics, and other content provided by us, is owned by MuscleLab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you any right to use our name, logo, branding, or other protected materials except as necessary for normal personal use of the app.

12. Third-Party Services

MuscleLab may rely on or integrate with third-party services, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, login providers, or app distribution platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, security, or practices.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MuscleLab at any time if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates risk for other users, us, or the service
• we are required to do so by law

You may stop using the app at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuscleLab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that MuscleLab will meet your expectations, produce specific results, or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuscleLab and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability arising out of or relating to MuscleLab will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for use of the app during the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MuscleLab and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of:

• your misuse of the app
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of MuscleLab after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MuscleLab are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
